Where do i get Spiny Seeds????

Spiny Seeds are a right pain to get hold of from the Salving Cactus. I wanted the collector's 20/20 Holy Staff and went on a merry hunting expedition for these seeds. There's not many salving cactus around and taking a team will mean less chance of the seed dropping for you. So I went around Prophet's Path alone. When I finally found one that hasn't been killed by a minotaur or devourer, killing it was tough. A couple of times that I got killed by it's Holy Wrath, or just before it dies it goes underground, and return later with full health. It took me a whole night to get my 5 spiny seeds.

i'd advice you to either buy spiny seeds from players, or search for another collector for the item you want (if there is any) cause they are pretty hard to get like fury pointed out ...

There is a half-decent place to farm spiny seeds. If you exit Heroes Audience, there's one Salving Cactus halfway up the slope on your left - often it'll be killed by sand elementals before you can get to it. Now follow the south edge from the Heroes Audience entrance, and within 3-400 yards from the entrance another cactus should pop up.

Those two are always there, you don't have to fight any other mobs to get to them, and they can be farmed. However, they drop a seed quite rarely, so expect to do about 20 sorties from Heroes Audience to get your 5 seeds.
